This evening I found Christelle Bonnet‘s work. Really enjoy her work and the simplicity and beauty. Christelle is a young graphic designer and an artist. Since the summer 2008, she has been working in an atelier in Bordeaux, France, with three other artists, Lauren Huret, Sacha Beraud and Nicolas Maigret.
Most of the pieces on her website use white and a primary colour. The stacked papers used as a blank canvas on the pieces I’ve posted above. Not using a gradient on the last piece: “Niveau de Gris” is beautiful and makes you want to touch and feel the piece…maybe fix it? or actually I would rather keep it that way. The first piece, “Niveau de Ciel” is almost a piece of furniture and a painting at the same time. Am really enjoying this format.
